《大行報告》大和降萬國數據(09698.HK)評級至「跑贏大市」 維持目標價116元
大和發表研究報告指,萬國數據(09698.HK)近期股價已累積上漲15%,估值已升至2021年預測企業價值倍數的約34至35倍,目前風險回報吸引力較弱,因此將評級由「買入」下調至「跑贏大市」。
該行指出,市場對萬國數據在港第二上市後的產能提升及收購計劃抱有一定期望,但仍然看好公司發展,預期下半年更多潛在收購,將引發業績預測的向上調整。
大和指,按照當前估值,短期風險收益吸引力下降,但強調萬國數據在中國互聯網數據中心行業中擁有最強基本面,對其2021年的調整後EBITDA預測較市場普遍預期高8.8%,預期公司在港上市集資後可能會加快在一線城市的數據中心收購,以滿足未來快速增長的客戶需求,維持目標價116元不變。
