炬華科技(300360.SZ)：嘉興炬華聯昕擬投資1000萬元認購杭州眾硅電子科技新增註冊資本119.447萬元
格隆匯 2 月 23日丨炬華科技(300360.SZ)公佈，公司於2020年4月24日召開第四屆董事會第五次會議，會議審議通過了《關於發起設立產業併購基金的議案》，同意公司與浙江浙大聯合創新投資管理合夥企業(有限合夥)(“浙大聯創投資”)共同發起設立產業併購基金——嘉興炬華聯昕創業投資合夥企業(有限合夥)(“嘉興炬華聯昕”)。
近日，嘉興炬華聯昕、杭州好奇號股權投資合夥企業(有限合夥)(“好奇號”)、杭州寓鑫創業投資合夥企業(有限合夥)(“寓鑫”)、吳仁德與杭州眾芯硅科技有限公司、杭州臨安創新發展投資有限公司、淮安淮堃創業投資合夥企業(有限合夥)、朱力昂、朱琳、寧波眾硅企業管理合夥企業(有限合夥)、寧波領芯企業管理諮詢合夥企業(有限合夥)簽署了《關於杭州眾硅電子科技有限公司之增資協議》，嘉興炬華聯昕擬投資1000萬元認購杭州眾硅電子科技有限公司新增註冊資本119.447萬元,其中119.447萬元計入註冊資本，剩餘880.553萬元計入資本公積金。此次投資資金來源為嘉興炬華聯昕自有資金。
杭州眾硅電子科技有限公司是一家高端化學機械平坦化拋光(CMP)設備公司，為半導體行業及其他高科技領域提供先進技術和高效服務。眾硅科技擁有來自硅谷的半導體設備和工藝專家，聚集國內外高端人才，組成強大的專業技術研發團隊，為芯片生產廠商提供一流的CMP設備、先進的技術和高效的服務，從而促進芯片生產製造工藝技術的發展。
此次對外投資是基於眾硅科技為從事半導體高端化學機械平坦化拋光(CMP)設備研發、生產和銷售服務的高端技術製造業，並擬在資本市場上市為既設目標。根據公司戰略規劃，公司整合優質資源，加強能源互聯網和物聯網領域戰略佈局；同時積極尋求新興產業領域中的外延式併購和新領域合作機會，加強對市場前景廣闊、盈利能力強的戰略性新興產業的項目投資。
