格隆匯 2 月 22日丨聚辰股份(688123.SH)發佈2020年度業績快報，實現營業總收入4.94億元，同比下降3.80%；利潤總額1.78億元，同比增長73.76%；歸屬於母公司所有者的淨利潤1.63億元，同比增長71.26%；歸屬於母公司所有者的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤6007.23萬元，同比下降38.65%；基本每股收益1.35元。
報吿期內，公司歸屬於母公司所有者的淨利潤較上年同期增長71.26%，主要原因系公司間接參與中芯國際科創板股票發行的戰略配售，按照出資份額確認的公允價值變動收益增加報吿期業績約7851.87萬元；此外，公司使用部分暫時閒置資金投資結構性存款等安全性高、流動性好的產品，所獲得投資收益增加報吿期業績約1773.28萬元。
報吿期內，公司歸屬於母公司所有者的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤較上年同期減少38.65%，主要系受新冠疫情以及中美貿易摩擦影響，公司毛利率相對較高的大容量EEPROM產品銷售不及預期以及EEPROM產品平均銷售單價的降低、人民幣升值等因素綜合導致EEPROM產品整體毛利率的下降所致。
報吿期內，公司加權平均淨資產收益率較上年同期減少14.03個百分點，主要系公司公開發行股票募集資金到位後，本期加權平均淨資產大幅增長所致。
“新型冠狀病毒肺炎”疫情在全球各地陸續擴散以來，世界範圍內的經濟社會活動停頓與縮減降低了消費者的信心，公司主要產品的下游終端應用市場特別是智能手機市場需求處於短期緊縮狀態。根據IDC、Canalys以及Counterpoint統計，2020年全球除蘋果品牌外的智能手機總出貨量同比下滑8%-12%。此外，受中美貿易摩擦加劇影響，公司部分終端客户的智能手機產品銷量降幅較大。需求端的壓力直接影響了作為公司最為主要收入來源的智能手機EEPROM產品，特別是應用於中高端智能手機的大容量EEPROM產品的銷售收入。公司EEPROM產品全年實現銷售收入40872.25萬元，同比下滑9.68%。
在音圈馬達驅動芯片領域，公司是業內少數擁有完整的開環類產品組合和技術儲備的企業之一，依託智能手機EEPROM產品的客户資源優勢，通過前期的技術積累和市場拓展，公司音圈馬達驅動芯片業務於報吿期內取得了快速發展，開環類產品全年實現銷售收入4742.17萬元，同比增長288.32%。
公司基於在EEPROM領域的技術積累和研發實力，順應下游應用市場的需求，逐步開發了智能卡芯片產品。在“新型冠狀病毒肺炎”疫情全球爆發的背景下，受下游終端應用市場需求短期緊縮影響，公司智能卡芯片產品全年完成銷售收入3566.51萬元，同比下滑25.09%。
