創新醫療(002173.SZ)：富浙資本等股東聯名要求召開臨時股東大會改組董事會
格隆匯 2 月 21日丨創新醫療(002173.SZ)公佈，公司監事會於2021年2月19日收到股東浙江富浙資本管理有限公司(持有公司股份18,285,226股，佔公司總股本的4.02％)、杭州嵐創投資合夥企業(有限合夥)(持有公司股份12,733,430股，佔公司總股本的2.80％)、從菊林(持有公司股份10,092,900股，佔公司總股本的2.22％)、陳越孟(持有公司股份8,488,964股，佔公司總股本的1.87％)、浙江浙商匯悦財富管理有限公司-匯悦醫療精選2號私募投資基金(持有公司股份4,860,000股，佔公司總股本的1.07％)聯合提交的《關於提請創新醫療管理股份有限公司監事會召開臨時股東大會的函》，要求公司召開臨時股東大會審議如下事項：
一、《關於提請罷免公司第六屆董事會全體董事的議案》；1、罷免陳海軍先生第六屆董事會非獨立董事職務；2、罷免阮光寅先生第六屆董事會非獨立董事職務；3、罷免王松濤先生第六屆董事會非獨立董事職務；4、罷免何永吉先生第六屆董事會非獨立董事職務；5、罷免餘景選先生第六屆董事會獨立董事職務；6、罷免陳珞珈先生第六屆董事會獨立董事職務；以上提案不可分割。
二、《關於提請重新選舉公司第六屆董事會非獨立董事的議案》；1、提名遊向東先生為公司第六屆董事會非獨立董事候選人；2、提名張焱先生為公司第六屆董事會非獨立董事候選人；3、提名沈夢怡女士為公司第六屆董事會非獨立董事候選人；4、提名竇宏偉先生為公司第六屆董事會非獨立董事候選人；5、提名周宏先生為公司第六屆董事會非獨立董事候選人；6、提名王雷先生為公司第六屆董事會非獨立董事候選人；以上提案不可分割。
三、《關於提請重新選舉公司第六屆董事會獨立董事的議案》；1、提名俞樂平女士為公司第六屆董事會獨立董事候選人；2、提名何美雲女士為公司第六屆董事會獨立董事候選人；以上提案不可分割。
四、《關於暫時限制陳海軍、陳夏英股東權利的議案》。
公司監事會將根據相關法律、法規和公司《章程》的規定，在收到請求後5日內提出同意或不同意召開臨時股東大會的書面反饋意見。
