礼来财务总监涉不当行为将请辞
美国药厂礼来(Eli Lilly)(LLY.US)财务总监Josh Smiley已辞职,因公司调查有关他与员工之间的不当行为指控。
礼来表示,在收到投诉後已立即聘请外部律师进行独立调查,调查显示Smiley与部分员工之间有不恰当的对话,不过由於Smiley的不当行为与财务事项无关,他将协助继任人进行业务交接直至7月为止。
Smiley将放弃去年的全部100万美元现金花红、2018至2020年约300美元的股权奖励,总值逾2,000万美元。
