科大訊飛(002230.SZ)：聘任吳曉如為公司總裁
格隆匯 2 月 7日丨科大訊飛(002230.SZ)公佈，公司董事會於近日收到董事長兼總裁劉慶峯遞交的《關於董事長不再兼任總裁暨辭去公司總裁職務的報吿》。為了使董事長的精力更多地集中於公司未來發展戰略、公司核心機制的建設，同時加強人才的培養，經公司董事長劉慶峯提議，公司董事會同意劉慶峯董事長不再兼任總裁職務，並聘任吳曉如為公司總裁，負責公司常規經營管理工作，任期與本屆董事會一致。
科大訊飛自2009年4月以來，主持公司生產經營管理工作的總裁職務一直由公司董事長兼任。為了實現更好的分級管理，公司自2014年開始探索實行“輪值總裁制”，具備條件後演進至“總裁制”，從而使董事長不再兼任總裁，集中精力看更遠的未來。
經過六年時間、兩輪的“輪值總裁制”實踐，正式實施“總裁制”的時機現已成熟：
第一，公司的經營狀態日益穩健，特別是自2019年人工智能2.0戰略實施以來，公司管理及經營能力不斷邁上新台階，人均效能持續提升，實現了營業收入、毛利、淨利潤以及用户規模的快速增長。公司收入規模邁入新的里程碑，現金流持續創歷史最好水平，核心業務呈現出健康發展的勢頭；
第二，公司高管團隊日漸成熟，經營視角日益清晰，輪值總裁已具備承擔公司常規經營管理的能力，同時，公司的配套組織能力業已規範；
第三，人工智能將是引領未來發展的戰略性突破口。受本次疫情影響，各行各業快速形成了各類線上業務的應用習慣，全民數字生存時代將對接更多的快速增長機會。人工智能在社會事業補短板及未來數字化轉型中面臨全新的產業發展機遇，更加需要董事長集中精力在未來戰略方向上進行突破，搶抓戰略先機。
鑑於上述情形，公司董事長劉慶峯申請自2021年2月8日辭去公司總裁職務，同時提名吳曉如為公司總裁。劉慶峯辭去總裁職務後，繼續擔任公司董事長及董事會戰略委員會主任委員、提名委員會委員。
公司第五屆董事會第十一次會議審議通過了《關於聘任吳曉如先生為公司總裁的議案》。經公司董事長劉慶峯先生提議，公司董事會同意劉慶峯董事長不再兼任總裁職務，並聘任吳曉如為公司總裁，負責公司常規經營管理工作，任期自2021年2月8日起至公司第五屆董事會屆滿之日止。
吳曉如，中國科學技術大學電子工程博士，高級工程師。“國家科技進步二等獎”、“安徽省科技進步一等獎”、“信息產業重大技術發明獎”獲得者，獲2010年國務院政府特殊津貼。現任公司董事、執行總裁，同時擔任武漢訊飛興智科技有限公司執行董事、北京訊飛樂知行軟件有限公司董事長、合肥訊飛讀寫科技有限公司執行董事、安徽東方訊飛教育科技有限公司執行董事、訊飛華中(武漢)有限公司執行董事、廣州訊飛語暢有限公司執行董事、北京外研訊飛教育科技有限公司董事、安徽訊飛皆成軟件技術有限公司執行董事、安徽訊飛皆成信息科技有限公司董事長、科大訊飛華南有限公司監事、北京惠及智醫科技有限公司監事。
