德林控股(01709.HK)公布,向独立第三方A Square Investments发行4,000万股新股,相当於扩大後股本2.78%;每股作价2.15元,较上交易日(5日)收报折让15.69%。所得净额8,580万元,拟用作加强集团保证金融资服务业务的资金基础;及提升资本资源以发展资产管理业务。
同时,向A Square Investments发行4,000万份认股权证,发行价0.15元,认购价3.5元,成本即3.65元,较前收溢价43.14%。
