通裕重工(300185.SZ):終止發行境外美元債券
格隆匯 2 月 5日丨通裕重工(300185.SZ)公佈,2021年2月5日,公司第五屆董事會第八次臨時會議和第五屆監事會第六次臨時會議審議通過了《關於終止發行境外美元債券的議案》。
鑑於公司向特定對象發行股票募集資金到賬後將全部用於補充公司流動資金,公司債務結構將得到優化,經綜合考量境外債券市場環境變化並結合公司具體情況,因此公司決定終止發行境外美元債券。此次終止發行境外美元債券不會對公司的生產經營活動產生影響,不存在損害公司及全體股東、特別是中小股東利益的情形。
