北方礦業(00433.HK)因未能償還1500萬港元債務被提清盤呈請
格隆匯2月4日丨北方礦業(00433.HK)公吿,公司接獲呈請人針對公司向香港高等法院原訟法庭提交的呈請(第二項呈請),內容有關公司可能因公司無力償還其債務而被高等法院清盤。第二項呈請將於2021年3月31日上午9時30分在高等法院聆訊。
第二項呈請乃針對公司未能償還債務金額1500萬港元(即根據和解協議公司應付呈請人的第二期款項)而提出。
公司已積極尋求法律意見及致力籌集資金結付第二項呈請,並與呈請人進行磋商,以就有關事宜達成和解與和諧處理有關事宜。
