格隆匯2月3日丨ST南化(600301.SH)發佈2020年年度報吿,實現營業收入7.28億元,同比增長8.96%;歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤907.40萬元,同比增長39.52%;歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤541.698萬元,同比減少16.71%;基本每股收益0.04元。
報吿期內,公司主要從事煤炭貿易業務。全年經營受到了2020年突如其來的疫情、持續的中美貿易摩擦和國內外宏觀經濟形勢等主要因素影響,在煤炭市場價格波動較大的情況下,導致貿易業務風險加大以及毛利率降低。導致本報吿期歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤增加的主要原因是收到興義市立根電冶有限公司破產清算的清償款371.68萬元,轉回已計提的應收款項減值準備371.68萬元。
