外电指苹果拟发债筹140亿美元回购及派息等
《彭博》报道,苹果(AAPL.US)拟藉低息环境发债筹140亿美元,据悉将包括40年债,款项将用於回购及派息,而苹果最近一季手头现金达1,960亿元,而债务则有1,120亿元。
报道指今次将为去年5月份以来苹果第三次发债,消息指,苹果将发行6笔债券;最长为40年期,息率为美国国债加95个基点,较原先讨论的加115至120个基点为低。款项将用作一般企业用途,包括是回购、派息、资本开支、收购及还债等。
