鈞達股份(002865.SZ)：子公司擬3.68億元投建汽車輕量化飾件項目
格隆匯 2 月 2日丨鈞達股份(002865.SZ)公佈，公司於2021年2月2日召開了第三屆董事會第三十二次會議，審議通過了《關於公司全資子公司對外投資的議案》。根據公司發展戰略和產業基地建設規劃，董事會同意公司全資子公司蘇州鈞達車業科技有限公司(“蘇州鈞達”)投資建設汽車輕量化飾件項目。該項目估算投資約3.68億元。公司將根據實際需求分期進行投資。
公司擬在蘇州鈞達建設汽車輕量化飾件項目，通過引進進口發泡機注塑機、雙色/三色注塑機、機器人、激光弱化、裝配自動機械臂等國內外先進生產設備，提升公司生產製造的智能化水平；同時通過薄壁注塑成型技術、微發泡工藝技術、免噴塗高光無痕注塑工藝技術等先進技術研發、應用，提升公司生產工藝水平，從而實現公司對戰略客户的配套服務能力。
新能源、輕量化、智能化、網聯化、共享化已成為未來汽車產業公認的發展方向，而隨着產業轉型升級的加速，汽車用新材料、新工藝成為未來市場需求的焦點。未來，汽車零部件行業的產品附加值將更高，市場空間更加廣闊，為產業鏈中的企業帶來更大的技術紅利和市場紅利。
該項目以新材料、新工藝、新技術、新裝備為創新點，聚焦汽車內外飾件的輕量化研發、製造與應用，特別是微發泡工藝、薄壁注塑成型技術、以及高模量、高鋼性、低收縮率材料開發等先進工藝技術及材料研發應用，符合工信部、國家發改委、科技部三部委聯合發佈的《汽車產業中長期發展規劃》。
隨着行業生產技術水平的進步，公司必需抓住行業發展契機以及精益生產方式應用趨勢，通過投入各種先進智能製造設備及系統，以對現有生產工藝優化升級；同時加大對新材料、新工藝、新技術的開發、研究及應用，促進公司生產製造向高質量、高效率等方向轉變，從而生產出高性能、高質量的汽車飾件產品，滿足整車客户需求。因此，公司投資汽車輕量化，以滿足下游整車客户生產要求，提高產品生產效率，提升公司智能化、自動化生產水平以及與整車廠同步開發的能力。
該項目建成後，將有效提升公司智能化、自動化生產水平，提高公司經濟效益和綜合競爭實力，為公司持續、健康、快速地發展奠定堅實的基礎。項目達產後，預計會進一步提升公司產品銷量、營業收入及利潤，進而會提高上市公司的經營業績。
