珠江船務(00560.HK)公吿,根據董事會對集團截至2020年12月31日止年度未經審核綜合管理賬目初步審閲,集團於該期間的溢利較2019年同期大幅下跌約70%至90%。
溢利大幅減少主要由於新冠病毒疫情導致政府自2020年一月末起陸續暫時關閉粵港及港澳跨境水路客運口岸,對集團的跨境客運及其相關輔助業務造成負面影響;以及2019年同期公司出售一項物業錄得重大收益而在該期間並沒有同類收益。
