嘉利國際(01050.HK)：TKT汽車模具訂單已完成首批訂單交付
格隆匯 2 月 1日丨嘉利國際(01050.HK)發佈公吿，2020年11月，嘉利汽車投資有限公司(公司的間接全資附屬公司)完成購入泰國一家汽車零部件及模具製造商T. Krungthai Industries Public Co., Ltd(“TKT”)的股權。TKT為泰國一間上市公司，在汽車模具及注塑製造領域擁有四十七年的豐富經驗。泰國為東盟地區主要的汽車生產國，集團相信透過與TKT策略性的合作，能夠產生協同效應擴大技術及地域優勢，將進一步加強集團在汽車零部件市場的戰略佈局，從而擴大產品組合。現時，集團已取得TKT的汽車模具訂單，並已完成首批訂單的交付。
集團落實在泰國增設自動化生產線，初步投資額約為1200萬美元，預計於2021年中開始投產。集團相信在東盟地區開拓多元生產基地能夠分散風險，同時進一步擴大伺服器外殼的產能，以滿足不同客户需求及日益增長的訂單。隨着“區域全面經濟夥伴協定”(RCEP)的正式簽定，集團預期該全球最大的自貿經濟體系可以促進推動東南亞區域商務、供應鏈及貿易往來，有助降低本集團在泰國的經營成本及風險，亦有望為集團在亞太市場帶來更大的商機。
在全球疫情陰霾及充滿挑戰的環境下，集團的業績仍然亮麗。繼中期業績公佈截至2020年9月30日止六個月集團整體權益持有人應占溢利按年上升33%，錄得約1.5億港元，集團於2020年10月至12月的訂單維持良好勢頭，截至2020年12月31日止首九個月的五金塑膠業務銷售額比去年同期上升16%。受惠在家遠端工作新趨勢、雲端服務及線上商務等需求增加，加上高效能運算、AI應用、周邊運算基礎設施及5G電訊資料中心的普及化，預料未來五年伺服器的需求依然龐大。集團作為全球領先的伺服器外殼供應商，預期將對集團有正面影響。此外，為應對新訂單需求並迎合業務的發展，集團正利用自有土地興建一綜合生產大樓，工程已於2020年11月啟動。大樓坐落於東莞市鳳崗鎮毗鄰現有廠房，初步總投資額約人民幣2.5億元，預計將於2022年正式投入運作。集團正積極與科技雲端平台服務商及系統整合商洽商，進一步爭取更多訂單，擴大伺服器外殼市場的全球份額。
