*ST兆新(002256.SZ)：2020年實現扭虧為盈 預盈3200萬元-4700萬元
格隆匯 1 月 29日丨*ST兆新(002256.SZ)披露2020年度業績預吿，預計2020年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤3200.00萬元-4700.00萬元，上年同期虧損3.07億元；扣除非經常性損益後的淨虧損1.98億元–1.53億元，上年同期虧損3.17億元。業績變動原因如下：
1、目前公司主要板塊經營情況正常。精細化工業務板塊新生產基地已渡過磨合期，產能基本恢復，年初受疫情影響，下半年公司積極爭取老客户迴流和新營銷渠道的開拓，全年營收比上年錄得增長；新能源業務板塊除個別電站遭受水災，業務發展基本正常，受災電站已購買財產一切險和利損險，保險公司理賠方案還在密切洽談中；此外，孫公司合肥市永聚太陽能電力開發有限公司已收到廬江縣政府災後救助補償款共計人民幣3,200萬元，預計水災事項不會對2020年業績產生較大負面影響。
2、2020年12月，公司與深圳市聯璽投資發展有限公司簽訂《深圳市寶安區石巖街道兆新能源工業園城市更新單元項目拆遷補償安置協議》並經股東大會審議生效，截至2020年12月31日，公司已收到首期貨幣補償款。該資產的相關權利移交已按合同約定履行，本次交易順利實施完成將增加2020年度淨利潤，屬非經常性損益。
3、公司的債務糾紛方面，公司積極與主要債權人進行協商。(1)目前已與深圳科恩斯實業有限公司達成和解，公司若於2021年4月15日前完成和解義務，對方將豁免公司2020年年度未付利息485.09萬元(本業績預吿未計入)，並自2021年1月1日開始，對於公司未清償的8,500萬元借款本金，將計息利率由2%/月(即24%/年)降低為15.4%/年。(2)截至2021年1月29日，公司尚未償還東莞瑞禾投資發展有限公司金額為4.7億元，其中：本金4.62億元，違約金812.98萬元(截至2021年1月份)，利息0元。後續公司將繼續努力溝通協商，爭取解凍公司相關銀行賬户，緩解資金流動性問題。
