格隆匯 1 月 29日丨高爭民爆(002827.SZ)披露2020年度業績預吿,預計2020年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤3100萬元–4500萬元,同比增長29.24%–87.60%;扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤3100萬元–4500萬元,同比增長53.69%–123.10%。
本期淨利潤比去年同期上升主要原因為:(一)由於2020年初新冠疫情的影響,國家減免企業部分社保費用,因此公司承擔社保費用較去年有所下降。(二)隨着國內疫情的逐步好轉,公司生產經營逐步恢復正常,積極開展工作,努力降低疫情帶來的不利影響,且2020年度成遠礦業開發股份有限公司經營數據並表,因此為公司的營業收入和淨利潤帶來大幅提升。
