格隆匯 1 月 28日丨宇信科技(300674.SZ)公佈，預計2020年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤4.33億元-4.67億元，同比增長57.92%-70.33%；扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤2.77億元-3.11億元，同比增長5.06%-17.96%；扣除非經常性損益、剔除股份支付費用後的淨利潤3.66億元-4億元，同比增長38.82%-51.72%。
受益於國家信息技術應用創新產業的發展戰略、銀行業數字化轉型的全面推進、銀行科技子公司在科技輸出方面的穩步推進，金融科技市場需求進一步升温，並且隨着國內疫情基本得到控制的環境下，這些需求在下半年得到了有效的釋放。
從三月下旬疫情緩解及公司全面復工復產後，公司軟件開發及服務業務快速恢復並步入穩步增長的態勢，尤其在四季度，軟件業務完全恢復甚至超過了疫情前的狀態，公司的大數據產品線、信貸產品線和監管平台產品線在報吿期內取得了非常好的戰略佈局，為後續幾年的業務發展奠定了非常好的基礎；創新運營業務受疫情影響較小，既有業務保持比較健康的增長速度，新的業務也有所突破，整體創新運營收入繼續保持快速增長，盈利能力明顯優於軟件業務，對利潤貢獻較大；報吿期內公司持續加大研發投入，提高新產品研發以及提升產品的標準化程度；同時，公司進一步利用IT系統以及大數據分析的能力，優化經營管理效率，報吿期內公司管理費用有所減少。公司預計本報吿期內歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為4.33億元至4.67億元，同比增長57.92%-70.33%。
公司報吿期非經常性損益預計約1.56億元，主要為喪失對子公司北京宇信鴻泰信息技術有限公司和珠海宇誠信科技有限公司的控制權導致子公司處置收益較上年大幅增加。公司2020年6月授予員工限制性股票在報吿期內預計產生約8900萬元股份支付費用。公司本報吿期內扣除非經常性損益、剔除股份支付費用影響的歸屬於母公司淨利潤預計為3.66億元至4億元，同比增長38.82%-51.72%。
公司在報吿期內主動積極應對疫情，使得業務快速恢復增長，在加強與核心客户合作的同時，積極拓展包括非銀行金融機構的新客户，截止到報吿期末，公司在手訂單較上年同期增長超過30%，公司對軟件業務和創新運營業務未來的發展抱有非常高的信心。
