神州泰嶽(300002.SZ)2020年度預盈3.18億-3.96億元 同比扭虧為盈
格隆匯 1 月 28日丨神州泰嶽(300002.SZ)公佈，預計2020年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤3.18億元-3.96億元，上年同期虧損147417.79萬元；扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤2.61億元-3.39億元。
2020年公司的主營業務收入有大幅度提升。受新冠疫情影響，一方面公司運營商業務、人工智能與大數據、物聯網與通訊業務的項目執行、業務拓展等受到一定的衝擊，公司積極應對、及時調整策略，不斷提升產品技術水平，加大客户開發力度；另一方面，海外線上娛樂需求增加，公司遊戲業務增長較快。報吿期內，公司歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤實現扭虧為盈，主要原因如下：
1)2020年公司對ICT業務實行了強有力的業績改善措施，並取得了顯著的成效，業績較上年同期明顯改善。此外，公司對ICT業務板塊進行調整，整合ICT運營管理業務發展戰略和資源，立足於5G發展新生態及企業“大IT”化變革的契機，秉承“運營即服務”模式，打造了“大IT智能運營中台”產品體系。同時，為了支撐運營商5G網絡和5G業務，推出的5G網絡智能監控、網絡數據中台、雲網融合運維管理等新產品，也已陸續在運營商客户現有系統中迭代升級和上線使用；
2)公司遊戲業務團隊積極開拓海外市場，深耕產品的精細化運營，報吿期內主要產品《Age of Z Origins》月流水保持穩步增長，《War and Order》全年總流水較2019年有明顯增加，公司遊戲業務板塊淨利潤較上年同期大幅增加；
3)報吿期內，公司應收款項信用減值損失、商譽與無形資產減值損失、長期股權投資減值損失、金融資產公允價值變動損失較上年同期大幅減少；
4)在內部管理上，公司持續在管理變革中探索與實踐，積極進行績效改革，報吿期內，公司不斷努力提升業務的產品化程度，通過強化內部成本管控、細化考核指標、減員增效等一系列措施，提升精細化管理水平，並取得了階段性成果。
