格隆匯 1 月 28日丨宏華集團(00196.HK)宣佈，公司於近期成功研發並推出全國首套電驅連續油管裝備，已在重慶武隆某平台完成工業性試驗。經過現場驗證，該產品獲得客户認可並已實現2套銷售。客户擬將該產品用於川渝頁巖氣開發。電驅連續油管秉承"全電驅動，智能壓裂"的設計理念，成為公司全電動壓裂成套裝備的重要組成部分。
連續油管可廣泛應用於油氣田鑽井、完井、測井、修井、壓裂等作業，被譽為"萬能作業機"。目前市場以柴油機和液壓馬達驅動的連續油管為主。公司基於電動壓裂成套裝備的成功推廣和電機及電控系統的研發優勢，自主研發出全國首套電驅連續油管。該裝備具有自動化程度高，響應快，低速穩定性好，噪音低，綠色環保等優勢。較傳統連續油管，公司研發的電驅連續油管在性能和效率、自動化程度和同步控制三方面均有創新和提升。
根據油氣行業權威機構Spears & Associates的統計，2019年，全球連續油管服務的規模已超過50億美元，完井水平井作業的需求增長為連續油管需求增長的主要驅動力。未來，隨着北美頁巖油氣水平段長度的增長，中國油氣規模化開發，作為水平井增產改造作業關鍵的連續管作業裝備及技術，有望迎來新的發展機遇期。同時在低油價和安全環保要求愈加苛刻的背景下，利用國產電驅連續管技術轉變井下作業方式，實現降本增效具有重要意義。
公司於近期成功研發並推出全國首個"一鍵聯動"自動化機具系統，將傳統機具系統的多人分佈式操作升級為程序自動批處理作業流程，實現鐵鑽工，排管機，鑽台面機械手等設備並行聯動。根據公司測算數據，"一鍵聯動"自動化機具在用於5000米鑽機的實驗中使得鑽機起下鑽速度提升35%，起下鑽時間節省2至3天，操作人員減少50%。"一鍵聯動"從客户需求出發，可適用於老舊鑽機升級改造，迎合市場存量鑽機更新換代與升級需求。
