格隆匯1月25日丨天津磁卡(600800.SH)披露2020年年度業績預盈公吿,公司預計2020年實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約為1.5億元到1.85億元,與上年同期相比,實現扭虧為盈。扣除非經常性損益事項後,預計2020年實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約為2.2億元到2.55億元。本期業績預盈的主要原因如下:

(一)主營業務影響。

公司以發行股份方式向天津渤海化工集團有限責任公司購買渤海石化100%股權事項在報吿期內已經完成,渤海石化納入上市公司合併報表範圍。渤海石化2020年業績情況良好。

公司原有業務包括印刷產品、磁卡產品和公交機具類產品,收入規模較2019年下降幅度較大,虧損金額基本與2019年持平。

(二)非經營性損益的影響。

1.因疫情影響造成渤海石化檢修停滯,2020年2月及3月未能如期開車生產銷售產品,此期間產生成本及費用6800萬元作為非經常性損失。

2.同一控制下企業合併產生的子公司(渤海石化)期初至合併日的當期淨損失為2750萬元作為非經常性損失。

3.所得税影響額為1600萬元。
