蒙牛(02319.HK)向董事等發人民幣40億等值港元CB 轉換價折讓25%
蒙牛(02319.HK)公布,僱員根據有關計劃認購金融產品,公司發行不逾人民幣40億元等值港元的可換股債券,初始轉換價為每股34.73元,較上一個交易日收市價46.3元折讓25%。
若相關可換股債券按初始轉換價獲悉行使,公司將配發及發行最多1.38億股,佔擴大後股本3.37%,按1港元兌人民幣0.8336元之匯率計算,債券是次發行集資淨額47.97億元,擬用於於一般營運資金。
