格隆匯 1 月 21日丨寒武紀(688256.SH)公佈，2021年1月21日，公司首次正式公開發佈思元290智能芯片及加速卡、玄思1000智能加速器。
寒武紀思元290智能芯片：寒武紀思元290智能芯片主要面向訓練任務，兼顧推理。採用台積電7nm先進製程工藝，集成460億個晶體管，支持MLUv02擴展架構，全面支持AI訓練、推理或混合型人工智能計算加速任務。芯片具備多項關鍵性技術創新，MLU-Link™多芯互聯技術，提供高帶寬多鏈接的互連解決方案；HBM2內存提供AI訓練中所需的高內存帶寬；vMLU幫助客户實現雲端虛擬化及容器級的資源隔離及熱遷移。
相比于思元270芯片，思元290芯片實現峯值算力提升4倍、內存帶寬提高12倍、芯片間通訊帶寬提高19倍。新架構結合7nm製程，思元290可提供更優性能功耗比，以及多MLU系統的擴展能力。
寒武紀訓練智能加速卡MLU290-M5：寒武紀MLU290-M5智能加速卡搭載了思元290智能芯片，採用開放加速模塊OAM設計，具備64個MLU Core，1.23TB/s內存帶寬以及全新MLU-Link™多芯互聯技術，在350W的最大散熱功耗下提供AI算力高達1024 TOPS(INT4)。
寒武紀智能加速器玄思1000：寒武紀首款智能加速器玄思1000包含4片思元290智能加速卡，最大AI算力超過4100萬億次每秒(4.1PetaOPS INT4)，實現AI算力計算中心級縱向擴展，滿足高性能、高擴展性、靈活性、高魯棒性的要求。
公司新產品豐富了公司雲端產品線，拓寬了公司雲端相關市場業務，有助於鞏固和提升公司的核心競爭力，對公司未來的發展將產生積極的影響。
公司新產品已經取得了小批量訂單。客户大批量採購雲端智能芯片及加速卡產品前需要通過對該等產品進行較長時間的認證、測試、適配、移植來確認其實際性能和運行穩定性，因此上述新產品實現大批量銷售尚需較長的時間週期和前期技術服務投入，存在不確定性。
公司新產品在市場中的同類產品包括英偉達的A100和V100 GPU，以及華為海思的Ascend 910。上述產品與公司新產品形成了直接競爭關係，客户導入時間存在重疊，公司新產品的導入可能受到影響；此外，公司新產品在銷售網絡、軟件生態完善程度和用户接受度上與英偉達相比還存在一定差距。思元290智能芯片及加速卡、玄思1000智能加速器面臨着未來市場推廣與客户開拓不及預期的風險。敬請廣大投資者注意投資風險，理性投資。
