调查显示逾四成市民认为今年楼价维持平稳
花旗银行於去年12月就去年第四季市民置业意向调查,探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎对市民置业取态的影响。调查结果显示8%受访者认为是置业好时机,数字仍比疫情前八年来为高。另外,17%受访者表示有兴趣置业,比例与前一季相若,亦有逾32万人於去年11月内有参观楼盘,反映出市民的置业兴趣。
於第四波疫情打击下,受访者对楼价仍抱有信心。逾四成市民认为未来一年楼价维持平稳,而整体看淡楼市的受访者比例比上季亦见明显下跌。
调查指,去年第四季市民置业意向整体气氛亦与前一季相若。而比较去年全年市民置业意向,认为是置业好时机的受访者比例比疫情前持续处於较高水平,置业意欲比疫情前未见有明显分别,而对楼价的展望则渐趋平稳。
是项调查为花旗银行委托香港大学社会科学研究中心,以随机抽样电话访问形式,在2020年12月访问超过500名香港市民。
