美百货店Belk据报与债权人磋商寻求避免破产
《华尔街日报》报道,美国百货店Belk正与私募基金KKR(KKR.US)及黑石(BX.US)等主要债权人磋商,寻求避免申请破产。报道指公司与债权人及私募基金Sycamore Partners正收窄分歧,以达成债务重组协议。
报道亦指,KKR及黑石希望把公司26亿美元债务转为股份,同时让Sycamore Partners保留拥有权。KKR不愿Belk向法庭申请破产保护,担心相关入禀的高昂成本。
