漢威科技(300007.SZ)擬變更經營範圍
格隆匯 1 月 19日丨漢威科技(300007.SZ)公佈，公司於2021年1月19日召開的第五屆董事會第十一次會議審議通過了《關於變更公司經營範圍暨修訂<公司章程>的議案》。根據公司經營管理的實際需要，並結合相關部門對經營範圍規範表述的要求，公司擬變更經營範圍，同時修訂《公司章程》相應條款，並授權公司董事會辦理工商變更登記手續等事宜，具體如下：
變更前：
研究、開發、生產銷售電子傳感器；電子監控技術開發；研究、開發、生產、銷售檢測儀器及控制系統、機械電器設備、防爆電氣系列產品；個體防護裝備系列產品；警用裝備系列產品；智能交通和安防監控系統的研發、設計、施工和銷售；提供技術轉讓、技術服務、技術諮詢；計算機軟件開發與銷售；計算機網絡工程施工；防爆設備安裝工程施工(以上憑資質證經營)；經營本企業自產產品的出口業務和本企業所需的機械設備、零配件、原輔材料的進口業務，但國家限定公司經營或禁止進出口的商品除外；房屋租賃；研究、開發、生產、銷售消費電子類產品；節能設備、能源計量設備的開發、銷售、技術服務；建築智能化工程諮詢、設計、施工；合同能源管理。(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動)
變更後：
一般項目：技術服務、技術開發、技術諮詢、技術交流、技術轉讓、技術推廣；電子元器件製造；集成電路芯片設計及服務；智能儀器儀表製造；智能儀器儀表銷售；環境監測專用儀器儀表製造；實驗分析儀器製造；實驗分析儀器銷售；電子產品銷售；安全系統監控服務；消防器材銷售；智能家庭消費設備；安防設備製造；安防設備銷售；交通安全、管制專用設備製造；物聯網技術研發；物聯網技術服務；軟件開發；軟件銷售；信息系統集成服務；人工智能行業應用系統集成服務；工程和技術研究和試驗發展；工程管理服務；非居住房地產租賃；合同能源管理；工業自動控制系統裝置製造；工業自動控制系統裝置銷售；市政設施管理；互聯網數據服務；特種勞動防護用品銷售。
許可項目：各類工程建設活動；技術進出口；貨物進出口；建築智能化系統設計；建築智能化工程施工；消防技術服務；建設工程設計；特種設備檢驗檢測服務。
