神州高鐵(000008.SZ)已正式成為天津地鐵2號線項目公司股東並參與運營
格隆匯1月19日丨神州高鐵(000008.SZ)公佈，公司於2020年12月7日召開第十三屆董事會第三十二次會議審議通過了《關於受讓天津地鐵2號線項目公司部分股權的議案》和《關於受讓天津地鐵3號線項目公司部分股權的議案》，經與中國交建等方面洽商一致，公司及子公司神州高鐵軌道交通運營管理有限公司擬以自有資金或自籌資金出資，受讓中國交建持有的天津二號線軌道交通運營有限公司(簡稱“2號線項目公司”)41%股權和天津三號線軌道交通運營有限公司(簡稱“3號線項目公司”)10%股權。
2020年12月14日，交易各方在北京簽署完成了《股權轉讓協議》。近日，公司與交易各方簽署完成了《股東協議》、《公司章程》等文件，並按照協議約定支付了2號線項目公司股權轉讓價款6.34億元和3號線項目公司股權轉讓價款1.95億元。目前，2號線項目公司已正式更名為神鐵二號線(天津)軌道交通運營有限公司，並完成了相關工商變更登記手續。
隨着上述工商變更完成及公司管理團隊加入，神州高鐵已正式成為2號線項目公司股東並參與運營。目前，運營籌備等各項工作正在有序開展，預計1月底前將正式接管天津地鐵2號線的運營工作，將按照市場化原則主持運營天津地鐵2號線。
線路運營是神州高鐵2017年以來新開拓的業務領域，天津地鐵2號線是公司正式自主運營的第一條地鐵線路。公司將通過2號線項目進一步推動各業務子公司戰略產品試驗落地，形成線路運營和檢修裝備的雙螺旋發展。公司計劃利用1至2年的時間，在2號線建立完善的數據運營管理體系、智能維保裝備體系及商業收入體系，迅速將天津地鐵2號線打造成科技含量高、盈利能力強、管理體系完善、運營服務最優的線路運營示範項目，吸引更多新客户開展線路運營業務合作，實現輕資產擴張模式。
未來，伴隨天津地鐵7號線開通運營，神州高鐵將在天津實現多條線路的運營管理，成為多線路專業化的地鐵運營管理服務商。在軌道交通運營檢修裝備與數據、線路運營、維保服務領軍企業的戰略定位引領下，公司將全面打造智慧化的城軌運營維保和裝備體系，以及中國領先的運營管理模式和一流的運營管理體系。
