世名科技(300522.SZ)擬2.2億元投建年產5.6萬噸先進光敏材料及1000噸光刻膠納米顏料分散液項目
格隆匯1月18日丨世名科技(300522.SZ)公佈，公司於2021年1月18日召開第四屆董事會第四次會議，審議通過了《關於對外投資暨簽訂入區協議的議案》。同意公司與馬鞍山慈湖高新技術產業開發區管理委員會簽訂《入區協議》，並使用自有或自籌資金2.2億元，在馬鞍山慈湖高新技術產業開發區投資建設“年產56000噸先進光敏材料及1000噸光刻膠納米顏料分散液項目”。
公司與馬鞍山慈湖高新技術產業開發區管理委員會(“甲方”)簽訂了《入區協議》，有關項目情況如下：
1、項目名稱：年產56000噸先進光敏材料及1000噸光刻膠納米顏料分散液項目。
2、項目產品主要包括：30000噸光聚合單體、20000噸高性能樹脂、1000噸光刻膠納米顏料分散液、6000噸UV納米顏料色漿。
3、項目實施主體：該項目由蘇州世名科技股份有限公司在馬鞍山慈湖高新技術產業開發區新設立的全資子公司(“項目公司”)負責實施。項目公司註冊資本1億元。
4、項目投資規模：該項目計劃總投資2.2億元，其中固定資產投資1.8億元，流動資金4000萬元。項目全部達產後，預計可實現年收入7.5億元人民幣。
5、資金來源：公司自有或自籌資金。
6、項目建設週期：預計2022年9月30日前建設完成。
隨着國家對環境保護日益重視，光固化塗料、電子油墨與光刻膠材料的快速發展，光電產業、消費電子產業、半導體產業逐漸向我國轉移，光聚合單體、高性能樹脂、UV納米顏料色漿及光刻膠顏料分散液等原材料主要依賴進口。公司基於自身及產學研合作長期積累形成的核心技術及儲備項目，持續進行技術創新、產業升級，投資建設“年產56000噸先進光敏材料及1000噸光刻膠納米顏料分散液項目”，主要開發產品為“30000噸光聚合單體、20000噸高性能樹脂、1000噸光刻膠納米顏料分散液、6000噸UV納米顏料色漿”。
此次項目投資是基於公司長期戰略發展規劃做出的戰略決策，符合國家政策以及公司的戰略發展需要，該項目如果能夠順利實施，將有助於為國內光固化塗料、電子油墨與光刻蝕材料等領域提供優質的原材料，實現國內產業鏈核心原料國產化。也有利於公司進一步擴大生產基地規模，提高產品綜合產能，提升公司的核心競爭力和行業影響力，為公司未來發展注入成長動力，為公司長期健康可持續發展提供支持和保障，符合公司長期發展戰略和全體股東的利益。
