麗鵬股份(002374.SZ)：證券簡稱擬變更為“中鋭股份”
格隆匯1月18日丨麗鵬股份(002374.SZ)公佈，公司於2021年1月18日召開第五屆董事會第十一次會議審議通過了《關於擬變更公司名稱、證券簡稱及經營範圍的議案》，同意公司變更公司名稱、證券簡稱及經營範圍。本事項尚需公司股東大會審議通過。
變更後，經營範圍：有色金屬壓延加工；金屬材料銷售；金屬表面處理及熱處理加工；金屬製品銷售；塗料銷售(不含危險化學品)；金屬包裝容器及材料製造；金屬包裝容器及材料銷售；模具製造；模具銷售；塑料製品製造；塑料製品銷售；印刷專用設備制造；橡膠製品製造；橡膠製品銷售；橡膠加工專用設備製造；金屬成形機牀製造；金屬成形機牀銷售；五金產品製造；五金產品零售；機械電氣設備製造；電氣機械設備銷售；信息技術諮詢服務；信息諮詢服務(不含許可類信息諮詢服務)；從事語言能力、藝術、體育、科技等培訓的營利性民辦培訓服務機構(除面向中小學生開展的學科類、語言類文化教育培訓)；園區管理服務；以自有資金從事投資活動(除依法須經批准的項目外，憑營業執照依法自主開展經營活動)許可項目：貨物進出口；技術進出口；發電、輸電、供電業務(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批準後方可開展經營活動，具體經營項目以審批結果為準)。
2018年6月，中鋭控股集團有限公司(“中鋭集團”)、中鋭集團全資子公司蘇州睿暢投資管理有限公司與公司原實際控制人孫世堯、霍文菊、於志芬、孫紅麗簽署了《股份轉讓協議》。2018年8月，公司完成轉讓股份的過户登記手續，實際控制權發生變更。一方面，公司控制權變更後，中鋭集團為上市公司引入戰略合作伙伴，拓寬公司業務發展領域，優化提升公司戰略布局，為公司可持續發展全方位賦能。另一方面，基於中鋭集團深耕長三角的區域優勢，有助於公司業務向長三角延伸，中鋭集團將為公司現有業務升級及長遠發展協同資源。
公司變更後的名稱“山東中鋭產業發展股份有限公司”更有利於公司長遠發展。因此，公司擬將公司名稱由“山東麗鵬股份有限公司”變更為“山東中鋭產業發展股份有限公司”(已完成名稱變更預核准)，證券簡稱由“麗鵬股份”變更為“中鋭股份”。
