中航光電(002179.SZ)：擬投資22.5億元實施華南產業基地項目
格隆匯 1 月 17日丨中航光電(002179.SZ)公佈，2021年1月15日，公司召開第六屆董事會第九次會議審議通過了“關於實施華南產基地項目的議案”。公司根據戰略規劃，結合5G、數據中心等電子產業發展機遇和公司實際經營情況擬實施華南產業基地項目。根據公司《章程》等相關規定，該事項在公司董事會決策權限內，無須提交公司股東大會審議。
公司擬在廣東省廣州市番禺區化龍鎮購置土地13.3萬平方米(約200畝)實施華南產業基地項目，項目以新設全資子公司中航光電(廣東)有限公司(最終名稱以工商登記為準)為實施主體。項目總投資22.5億元，其中固定資產投資20.8億元，鋪底流動資金1.7億元，資金來源主要為公司自籌和貸款解決。項目建設週期4年，新建科研生產面積26萬平方米，擬購置5G連接產品、數據中心連接產品、高速連接產品、新能源汽車連接產品等自動化、智能化產線。目前，該項目已完成可行性研究報吿編制。
隨着電子產業的發展，連接器產品也隨之不斷更新、技術不斷提升，預計至2025年全球連接器行業將迎來以5G、數據中心等為代表的新一輪產業發展機遇。目前公司通訊業務產能主要集中在洛陽總部，深圳和東莞的分、子公司，分佈較為分散且生產場地已基本全部利用。為了滿足公司“十四五”業務增長和集團化發展的需求，公司規劃提升通訊、新能源汽車等領域產品的研發製造能力。
珠三角是我國電子產業聚集區，國內其他配套上下游公司及通信終端巨頭已經在珠三角深耕多年，在產業聚集區形成完整業務佈局。廣州市所在的粵港澳大灣區是中國開放程度最高、經濟活力最強的區域之一，在國家發展大局中具有重要戰略地位。其主導產業為汽車製造、電子製造，符合公司產業發展方向。
根據公司中長期發展規劃，建設華南產業基地主要定位於通訊連接器、新能源汽車連接器及相關產品的生產及銷售，重點提升主營業務產品的研發和生產能力，加強對業務管控力度、實現凝聚發展。通過本項目的實施有利於公司充分利用產業聚集優勢優化供應鏈配置保障生產，便於貼近客户發揮本地化優勢，同時也是公司戰略規劃和集團化發展的需要。
項目建成達產後，預計年銷售收入可達403793萬元，淨利潤28107萬元，有力支撐公司“十四五規劃”的落地實施。
