新元科技(300472.SZ)擬簽署江西電信雲和大數據中心項目合同
格隆匯 1 月 14日丨新元科技(300472.SZ)公佈，公司召開2021年第一次臨時董事會會議，通過《關於擬簽署江西電信雲和大數據中心項目的議案》。
公司擬與中國電信江西分公司簽訂《江西電信雲和大數據中心項目》，雙方擬在江西省南昌市共同投資、建設江西電信雲和大數據中心一期項目，運營以江西電信為主。一期項目土建及外部帶寬等通信設施建設部分由江西電信投資，公司擬負責機電配套工程的設備採購、工程實施與維保。雙方採取收入分成模式進行合作。合同總價約為人民幣3.098億元(金額以公司與中國電信江西分公司最終簽訂的合同金額為準)，並授權董事長簽署與此次項目相關合同文件。
中國電信江西雲和大數據中心總投資約21億元，規劃用地120畝，按照高等級(五星級機房)標準規劃建設。項目建成後以DC基礎資源為核心，大數據服務為重要內容，促進資源集聚，圍繞大數據、雲計算等新一代信息技術的開發應用，為創業創新提供軟硬件環境等信息綜合服務，支撐落實國家和江西省“互聯網”和大數據工程，助推江西省信息化發展戰略落地，最終打造成集生產、運營、服務、研發於一體的雲數據產業園。該項目全部建成達產後，將提供10000個數據中心機櫃的出租能力，預計年銷售收入可達5億元人民幣以上。
中國電信江西分公司雲和大數據中心一期A-1數據中心、D-1動力中心總建築面積約2.41萬平方米，建設標準為A級及五星級IDC機房，建設規模為2815個機架，分兩期建設完成，第一期1084個機架，預計2021年8月完工投產，第二期1731個機架，一期機架使用率達到50%後啟動二期建設。機房滿負荷運行狀態下，全年平均PUE值不大於1.37。
該合同順利履行將對實現公司數字技術產業化具有重要意義，將幫助公司與傳統通訊行業龍頭企業建立起合作關係，提高公司IDC示範項目的建設效率，為公司IDC業務的拓展提供助力，並對公司IDC業務的後續應用推廣起到良性促進作用，有利於公司開拓市場，增加新的利潤增長點，提升公司整體效益。
