中國力鴻(01586.HK)將全面推行2+X可持續發展戰略
格隆匯1月13日丨中國力鴻(01586.HK)披露業務發展最新情況。
(i)於2018年，Leon Overseas Pte. Ltd.(公司的附屬公司)與賣方Saybolt Holding BV訂立收購合約，以收購Saybolt (Tianjin) Metrology & Inspection Co., Ltd.及Leon Overseas (Hong Kong) Limited(前稱Core Laboratories (Hong Kong) Limited)的100%權益。如公司截至2018年12月31日止年度的年報中所披露，公司承諾以新加坡作為集團石化業務的中心，並在中國及亞洲國家設立服務網絡，開展從亞洲國家進口到中國的石化業務。此項交易標誌着集團在全球化及多元化方面的重要里程碑，令集團成功進軍亞太地區的石油業務。
(ii)於2019年，附屬公司與賣方訂立另一份買賣協議，收購Saybolt (Singapore) Pte Ltd全部已發行股本。Saybolt (Singapore)主要從事技術檢測及分析服務(包括產品及服務認證)，以進行石油、天然氣、化學品及燃料散裝貨物的實驗室檢測及檢驗。董事認為，此項收購乃拓展集團服務以將石油、天然氣、化學品及燃料散裝貨物的實驗室檢測及檢驗覆蓋至新加坡、馬來西亞、印尼及周邊地區的良機，標誌着集團多元化業務發展的進一步擴張。
(iii)於2020年，集團正式成立電力能源事業部，集團業務範疇將從能源和大宗商品領域進一步延伸到電力能源領域，並將積極在亞太地區拓展風電和太陽能等新能源領域。
目前，集團主要在亞太地區提供大宗商品和能源檢測檢驗服務。公司提供的服務包括檢測服務、鑑定服務和見證及輔助服務。未來，公司將充分利用細分領域的龍頭優勢和規模經濟效應，延伸服務範疇，開啟電力、新能源、清潔能源領域的相關TIC業務，全面推行集團制定的2+X可持續發展戰略。2+X戰略中的數字“2”既代表了集團現有的煤炭、油品檢驗兩大業務支柱，又代表着深耕能源和大宗商品檢驗檢測領域；而“X”代表集團未來增長的預期領域及空間，專注於有長遠持續增長潛力的可再生能源及其他ESG相關領域。集團將於瞬息萬變的環境中繼續開拓新業務，同時致力打造成為擁有國際一流企業管治水平的檢測檢驗公司。集團亦將繼續探尋絕佳的商機，擴大業務範疇，為股東帶來最高回報。
