五洲特紙(605007.SH)：擬調整相關募投項目建設規模
格隆匯 1 月 12日丨五洲特紙(605007.SH)公佈，公司擬將“年產20萬噸食品包裝紙生產基地建設項目”調整為“年產50萬噸食品包裝紙生產基地建設項目”。
公司募集資金投資項目的實施主體為公司全資子公司江西五星紙業有限公司(“江西五星”)，江西五星於2015年8月25日取得了湖口縣發展和改革委員會核發的《關於對江西五星紙業有限公司新建特種紙項目變更備案內容的通知》(湖發改備字[2015]27號)。建設項目名稱為“新建年產110萬噸機制紙及配套建設年產60萬噸廢紙脱墨再生漿生產線項目”(“原項目”)，主要建設內容為：新建年產110萬噸機制紙(其中年產食品板紙20萬噸、格拉辛紙15萬噸、轉移印花紙15萬噸、再生紙60萬噸)及配套建設年產60萬噸廢紙脱墨再生漿生產線，以及廠房車間、倉庫、環保設施等相關配套設施。
公司本次IPO募集資金投資項目“年產20萬噸食品包裝紙生產基地建設項目”為原項目中的子項目。
由於原項目備案文件取得時間較早，目前市場環境已發生較大變化。公司認為原項目中的再生紙產品不符合公司未來發展定位，應集中資源和優勢，繼續做大做強特種紙產業。因此公司擬對原項目備案內容進行調整：
1、取消原項目中的年產60萬噸再生紙生產線及其配套的年產60萬噸廢紙脱墨再生漿生產線。
2、將原項目中的年產20 萬噸食品包裝紙生產線擴產為年產50萬噸食品包裝紙生產線，並新增年產30萬噸特種文化紙生產線。
調整後項目名稱為：新建年產110萬噸機制紙生產線項目，主要建設內容為：新建年產110萬噸機制紙(其中年產食品包裝紙50萬噸、格拉辛紙15萬噸、轉移印花紙15萬噸、特種文化紙30萬噸)，以及廠房車間、倉庫、環保設施等相關配套設施。由於公司募集資金投資項目“年產20萬噸食品包裝紙生產基地建設項目”系江西五星原項目中的子項目，原項目調整後，募集資金投資項目建設規模發生變化，食品包裝紙生產線產能由原20萬噸提升到50萬噸，因此，公司擬將募投項目“年產20萬噸食品包裝紙生產基地建設項目”調整為“年產50萬噸食品包裝紙生產基地建設項目”。
此次募集資金投資項目調整系公司在原募集資金投資項目——“20萬噸食品包裝紙生產基地建設項目”的基礎上，擬通過對設備升級、改造等方式實現生產規模的提升(生產線建設規模由20萬噸增加到50萬噸)，募集資金投入金額、實施地點、實施主體等未發生變化。
