新加坡物流服務供應商LEGION CONSO(02129.HK)公布招股結果,發售價定於0.4元,為下限定價(招股價介乎每股0.4至0.52元),公開發售錄超購442.37倍,經重新分配後,公開發售股數增至50%。每手5,000股,中籤率為1.09%。該股將於明日(1月13日)上市。豐盛融資為獨家保薦人。
公司預計集資所得款項淨額約為4,160萬元,當中42.6%將用於策略性收購;39.7%將用於擴充貨車運輸服務分部的車隊及相關勞工資源;6.1%將用於增加及鞏固公司貨運代理服務分部;11.1%將用於購買一套會計及營運系統及增加相關勞工資源;以及餘下0.5%將用作營運資金及其他一般企業用途。
