《盈警響號》遠大住工(02163.HK)料去年少賺最多75% 設備收入大減
遠大住工(02163.HK)發盈警,料去年全年溢利按年倒退50%至75%。
公司表示,主要由於公司主要收入來源逐漸轉向PC構件業務,惟受新型肺炎疫情影響,部分聯合工廠籌建進度延後,設備收入減少超過80%。另外自2018年起,公司對部分聯合工廠的管控方式進行調整,大部分聯合工廠管控模式的轉變已於2018年及2019年完成,因此去年失去對聯營公司重大影響形成的收益按年減少超過70%。
