遠大住工(02163.HK)預計年度純利降低50%-75%
格隆匯1月10日丨遠大住工(02163.HK)公佈,公司預計截至2020年12月31日止年度溢利將較2019年同期降低50%-75%,主要由於隨着遠大聯合計劃的實施,聯合工廠全國佈局逐漸完善,公司主要收入來源逐漸轉向PC構件業務,且受新型冠狀病毒疫情影響,部分聯合工廠籌建進度延後,設備收入減少超過80%;及自2018年起,為更好地應對實施遠大聯合計劃帶來的公司管理資源壓力,同時激勵合作方的積極性,綜合考慮管理成本、決策效率和合作方意願等因素,公司對部分聯合工廠的管控方式進行了調整,大部分聯合工廠管控模式的轉變已於2018年和2019年完成,2020年失去對聯營公司重大影響形成的收益較上年同期減少超過70%。
