凱萊英(002821.SZ)擬20億元投資綠色關鍵技術開發及產業化項目和合成大分子CDMO項目
格隆匯1月10日丨凱萊英(002821.SZ)公佈，為推動公司整體產業發展的戰略佈局，進一步提升公司創新藥研發生產全產業鏈服務能力，公司與天津經濟技術開發區管理委員會於2021年1月10日簽訂了《投資合作協議》，公司擬以自有或自籌資金20億元人民幣在天津經開區西區投資綠色關鍵技術開發及產業化項目和合成大分子CDMO項目。該事項已於2021年1月10日經公司第三屆董事會第五十三次會議審議通過。
本次公司與天津經開區管委會簽署投資協議，將在繼續夯實小分子CDMO成熟業務競爭優勢基礎上，對以連續性反應技術和生物轉化技術為代表的綠色製藥關鍵技術的持續精研，本協議投建項目一主要方向為綠色關鍵技術開發及產業化項目，該項目將持續提升生物轉化開發和進化技術平台，開發藥物合成中的常用酶，並利用DNA重組、定向進化以及酶的理性設計等生物工程技術進行人工修飾以獲得更高活性、更強穩定性和更長生命週期的新酶。目前公司酶的數量已超千種，並已完成數十個酶的進化。通過本次投資擴建，公司自主開發擁有成熟的固定化技術，可更好的將酶催化應用於化學過程中。同時提供多種形式的酶固定化解決方案，全面提升生物轉化效率。通過定製固定化平台，在生產過程中讓生物酶具有更好的適用性、擴展性和經濟性，將有效的縮短新藥研發週期和降低新藥生產成本，不斷提升創新藥的可及性。
本協議投建項目二主要方向為進一步提升合成大分子CDMO服務能力。近年來，以多糖多肽寡核苷酸類為代表的合成大分子藥物蓬勃發展，被廣泛應用於感染性疾病、腫瘤、心腦血管疾病、內分泌和代謝疾病、神經系統、血液系統疾病等重大疾病治療領域。這類藥物憑藉靶向精準、療效顯着、開發週期短、藥物成本相對較低等優勢,已進入快速發展期。公司現已搭建擁有超過百人的涵蓋工藝開發、分析開發和工藝轉移的研發團隊，服務範圍包括多肽、多肽藥物偶連體（PDC）、ADC毒素-連接體、寡核苷酸、多糖、藥用功能高分子等，已為20餘家客户超過30個不同臨牀階段的項目提供高質量服務。本次公司擬在經開區投建該項目，將把握合成大分子藥物發展的強勁勢頭，持續升級該領域的研發及生產技術平台，為客户提供更為高效優質CMC服務，進一步拓展公司的合成大分子CDMO服務能力，有利於公司保持該領域競爭優勢並持續提高競爭壁壘。
