港股異動 | 恆大物業尾盤爆拉漲超22%,預計年度淨利同比增1.8倍
uSMART盈立智投1月8日消息,週五港股尾盤,恆大物業直線拉昇,截至15:54分,漲超22%,報10.78港元。
恆大物業昨日發佈盈喜公告,預期本集團於截至2020年12月31日止年度錄得之股東應分配利潤約26億元人民幣,較去年同期大幅上升,淨利潤和歸屬股東淨利潤均爲去年2.8倍左右。
該大幅增長乃主要由於相關期間本集團物業在管服務面積、非業主增值服務和社區增值服務實現大幅增長,及本集團積極採取標準化運營和智能化建設,降本增效的成效非常顯着。
