視覺中國(000681.SZ)擬變更註冊地址及經營範圍
格隆匯 1 月 8日丨視覺中國(000681.SZ)公佈，公司於2021年1月7日召開公司第九屆董事會第十五次會議，審議通過了《關於變更公司註冊地址的議案》、《關於變更公司經營範圍的議案》、《關於修訂〈公司章程〉的議案》，同意公司根據經營發展需要變更註冊地址、經營範圍並修訂《公司章程》。
根據經營發展需要，公司擬將註冊地址由“常州西太湖科技產業園禾香路123號”變更為“江蘇常州西太湖科技產業園禾香路123號6號樓B座205室”。
根據國家市場監督管理總局關於經營範圍規範表述的要求，公司經營範圍需按照工商行政管理機關有關要求規範表述用語，結合公司實際情況，公司擬變更經營範圍如下：
修改前，經營範圍：廣播電視傳輸技術，互聯網絡傳播、互聯網絡遊戲及娛樂娛樂技術，移動通訊網絡遊戲及娛樂的技術，廣播影視娛樂的技術，視頻製作、電子傳輸技術等文化及娛樂產品技術的開發、諮詢、服務於轉讓；媒體資產管理軟件及其他計算機軟件的開發、諮詢、服務與轉讓；計算機圖文設計、製作服務（不含印刷和廣吿）；攝影、擴印服務；組織文化藝術交流活動（不含演出）；企業管理，企業創業投資諮詢服務，企業形象策劃，市場營銷策劃，財務諮詢；版權代理；物業管理；自有房屋租賃；設計、製作、代理、發佈廣吿。（依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動）
修改後，經營範圍：技術服務、技術開發、技術諮詢、技術交流、技術轉讓、技術推廣；攝像及視頻製作服務；軟件開發；軟件銷售；圖文設計製作；攝影擴印服務；組織文化藝術交流活動；企業管理；企業管理諮詢；市場營銷策劃；企業形象策劃；財務諮詢；版權代理；物業管理；設計、製作、代理、發佈廣吿；人工智能應用軟件開發；非居住房地產租賃；數字內容製作服務（不含出版發行）。（依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動）
