佳力圖(603912.SH)：6名股東、董事及高管擬合計減持不超685.4萬股
格隆匯1月8日丨佳力圖(603912.SH)公佈，公司於近日收到股東安樂集團，董事及高級管理人員王凌雲、杜明偉、李林達、葉莉莉、袁禕的《減持股份計劃吿知函》。
公司股東安樂集團擬通過集中競價交易方式和大宗交易方式合計減持不超過(含)650.7萬股，即合計減持不超過佔公司總股本比例3%的股份。其中，擬通過集中競價交易方式減持不超過216.9萬股，即不超過佔公司總股本比例1%的股份；擬通過大宗交易方式減持不超過433.8萬股，即不超過佔公司總股本比例2%的股份。通過集中競價交易方式減持的期間為自公吿披露日起15個交易日後的6個月內；通過大宗交易方式減持的期間為自公吿披露日起3個交易日後的6個月內。在減持計劃實施期間，公司有送股、資本公積金轉增股本、股份回購等事項導致股東持股數量或公司股份總數發生變更的，減持股份數量及股份比例進行相應的調整。
自公吿披露之日起15個交易日後的6個月內，王凌雲擬通過集中競價方式減持股份合計將不超過7.1萬股，即不超過公司總股本的0.0327%，亦不超過其所持有公司股份總數的25%；杜明偉擬通過集中競價方式減持股份合計將不超過7.9萬股，即不超過公司總股本的0.0364%，亦不超過其所持有公司股份總數的25%；李林達擬通過集中競價方式減持股份合計將不超過6.2萬股，即不超過公司總股本的0.0286%，亦不超過其所持有公司股份總數的25%；葉莉莉擬通過集中競價方式減持股份合計將不超過5.1萬股，即不超過公司總股本的0.0235%，亦不超過其所持有公司股份總數的25%；袁禕擬通過集中競價方式減持股份合計將不超過8.4萬股，即不超過公司總股本的0.0387%，亦不超過其所持有公司股份總數的25%。具體減持價格視市場價格確定。在減持計劃實施期間，公司有送股、資本公積金轉增股本、股份回購等事項導致股東持股數量或公司股份總數發生變更的，減持股份數量及股份比例進行相應的調整。
注：採取集中競價交易方式的，在任意連續90日內，減持股份的總數不得超過公司股份總數的1%；採取大宗交易方式的，在任意連續90日內，減持股份的總數不得超過公司股份總數的2%。
