据报汇丰削减基层员工花红22% 发言人:总体薪酬持平或微升
据《香港经济日报》报道,汇丰银行削减基层员工花红22%,报道引述银行向职级6至8的基层员工发出的一则内部通知,指出因应去年外围环境对业务及集团业绩造成重大影响,划一下调2020年度的花红分发上限22%,以表现最好的员工为例,原本可获发相当於3个月固定薪酬的花红,调整後最多只能获取最多2.33个月的花红。
该内部通知又列明,调整综合考虑集团及业务表现、员工薪酬福利、股东及监管机构等持份者的预期。据了解,汇丰今次调整影响环球相关职级的员工,而非只影响香港员工,故绝大部份6至8级员工均受影响。
汇丰发言人回覆本地传媒查询称,2020年外在环境充满挑战,集团的业绩亦因而受到影响。集团去年第三季列帐基准除税後利润减少62%,经调整除税前利润减少44%,因此会调整员工评分模式花红。考虑到有关职级员工在这困难时期的努力付出,总体薪酬大致上仍持平或有轻微上升。
