泉陽泉(600189.SH):間接控股股東權益變動
格隆匯 1 月 6日丨泉陽泉(600189.SH)公佈,近日,公司收到森工集團《吉林森林工業集團有限責任公司、吉林森林工業集團財務有限責任公司合併重整計劃書》。此次森工集團、財務公司合併重整計劃將引發公司控股股東森工集團出資人發生變動。
此次重整後,森工集團維持法人主體資格不變,吉盛公司成為森工集團的控股股東(即成為上市公司的間接控股股東),持股比例為60%,剩餘40%的股權由轉股債權人持有。財務公司將結合監管政策要求進行資本補充並引入投資人,森工集團仍為上市公司控股股東。
