《新股消息》消息称哔哩哔哩最快本周末提交香港第二上市申请 集资逾20亿美元
据《CNBC》引述消息指,内地视频平台哔哩哔哩(Bilibili,又名B站)(BILI.US)可能在本周末或下周初申请在港作第二上市,集资金额可能超过20亿美元,高於去年预期的介乎10亿美元至15亿美元。
哔哩哔哩於2018年,以每份美国存托证券(ADS)作价11.5美元在纳斯达克交易所上市,筹集4.83亿美元。以昨日(1月4日)收市价为94.74美元计,较上市价累升逾700%。哔哩哔哩2020年第三季度的收入为32.2亿元人民币,按年增长74%。
