藥明生物(02269.HK)主要股東減持逾1億股 套現逾98億元
藥明生物(02269.HK)公布,公司其中一名主要股東Biologics Holdings計劃配售1.02億股現有股份,佔公司已發行股本2.5%,每股配售價為96.5元,較昨日(4日)收市價折讓6.49%,套現98.43億元。
公司董事長兼非執行董事李革控制Biologics Holdings已發行股本約21.44%及其股東大會約57.71%的表決權。於配售完成後,Biologics Holdings之持股將由23.14%降至20.64%。
