達芙妮(00210.HK)附屬向政府出售土地料錄8,570萬人幣收益
達芙妮國際(00210.HK)公布,根據福建省政府及莆田市政府的相關土地規劃要求,公司全資附屬大盛於上周五(1日)與莆田市荔城區政府訂立土地徵收協議,據此,莆田市荔城區政府將徵收、而大盛將交出所徵收土地及物業,莆田市荔城區政府須向大盛支付補償總額1.1億元人民幣(下同)。
公司表示,料相關出售將產生8,570萬元收益,出售所得款項淨額料為6,620萬元,其中60%將用於結算應付供應商的貿易和其他應付賬款,10%將用於品牌廣告及推廣費用,其餘30%將用作一般營運資金。
