中環環保(300692.SZ)與合肥工業大學簽署戰略合作協議
格隆匯12月30日丨中環環保(300692.SZ)公佈，近日，公司與合肥工業大學簽署《戰略合作協議》。雙方同意，自協議簽訂之日起，建立緊密、穩定的戰略合作關係，不斷加快推進戰略合作進程，在科技研發、人才培養、共建企業博士後流動站等領域開展廣泛交流與合作。戰略合作協議的主要內容如下：
1、科技研發
中環環保與合肥工業大學開展多種形式的合作，共同開展技術攻關、合作申報國家及行業的重大科技項目和成果獎勵，共建高水平研發平台，支持合肥工業大學科技成果在中環環保的轉化和產業化。
合肥工業大學優先將其科研成果應用到中環環保，優先考慮合作申報國家及行業的重大科技項目，優先考慮共同開展產業關鍵技術研究工作。
2、人才培養
中環環保積極與合肥工業大學開展聯合辦學，作為合肥工業大學社會實踐和校外實習基地，定期組織所屬企業到合肥工業大學招聘畢業生，優先接收合肥工業大學畢業生；支持合肥工業大學選聘中環環保具有豐富實踐經驗的專家擔任兼職研究生導師，聯合培養研究生。初步規劃，每兩年為中環環保開辦一個企業管理研究生班，六年三個班。
合肥工業大學鼓勵優秀畢業生到中環環保工作，優先為企業培養高端人才；合肥工業大學針對企業需求，提供個性化、專業化和高品質服務，為中環環保人才培養提供支持和幫助。
3、企業博士後流動站
合肥工業大學支持中環環保申報和共建企業博士後科研工作站。為加強博士後科研人員的培養和開發，促進產學研用相結合，推動科技成果的產業化，雙方本着優勢互補、資源共享的原則積極推進企業博士後研究人員的選培工作。經雙方協商確定招收博士後研究人選後，經合肥工業大學委派去往中環環保從事博士後課題研究。合肥工業大學指派教授(或相當職務的教師)與中環環保專家共同組成博士後專家指導小組負責對博士後研究人員的科研指導和考核。
4、專家團隊
合肥工業大學根據中環環保發展目標，遴選2-3名教授(或相當職務的教師)作為中環環保的專家顧問，開展定期交流，把脈企業發展的技術方向，推進企業的省級平台建設。每年給企業骨幹做一次技術與管理培訓，為企業培養骨幹人才。
5、其他
(1)雙方發揮在國際交往中的不同優勢，把握髮展機遇，在對外商業合作和人才交流方面尋求合作契機。
(2)雙方積極推動相關智庫建設工作，圍繞校企發展需求，搭建資源平台，開展合作，促進產學研深度合作。
(3)雙方圍繞特有的專業領域背景，強強聯手，優勢互補，開展聯合培養、培訓，共享專家、學者等資源。
此次公司與合肥工業大學簽署《戰略合作協議》，有利於公司充分利用合肥工業大學的人才、技術優勢以及先進成熟的技術成果，並利用公司的平台、管理和相關資源優勢，將高校科研成果儘快地轉化為生產力，落實國家科教興國戰略，進一步優化公司產業結構，契合公司的發展戰略，促進科技創新，加快經濟發展和社會進步，實現產學雙贏。
