新野紡織(002087.SZ):2021年預計貸款規模總額度授權在45億元內
格隆匯 12 月 30日丨新野紡織(002087.SZ)公佈,公司召開第九屆董事會第二十次會議,審議通過《關於公司2021年貸款規模的議案》。
根據公司生產經營和發展需要,2021年公司預計以還舊借新或流動資金轉貸等途徑,貸款規模總額度授權在45億元內。
同時提請公司股東大會授權公司董事會在上述貸款規模內辦理銀行信貸業務,及授權董事長簽署相關協議;公司在上述貸款規模內具體辦理每筆業務時,授權董事長簽署相關協議,不再逐項提請股東大會或董事會審批。
