基匯資本與財團夥伴完成收購太古城中心一座 宏利將加入為最大單一投資者

房地產私募基金管理公司基匯資本宣布,透過旗下管理基金及Schroder Pamfleet及中銀人壽在內的財團夥伴,完成收購太古(00019.HK)及(00087.HK)及太古地產(01972.HK)旗下太古城中心一座。該座辦公大樓的收購價為98.45億港元,平均每平方呎收購價約15,609港元。

雙方已於2020年11月9日簽訂有關銷售購買協議。另外,宏利已與基匯資本簽訂最終協議,待滿足慣常完成條件後,宏利將加入該財團為最大的單一投資者。

由即日起,基匯資本的資產管理團隊將會負責監管太古城中心一座的營運,確保業務順利交接以維持服務質素。

太古城中心一座於1997年建成,位於發展興旺的港島東區太古城中心商業區,為一座21層高的甲級寫字樓,總建築面積合共630,000平方呎,並設有通道直達太古港鐵站和太古城中心商場。大樓高層租戶可享維多利亞港海景景色。隨著中環灣仔繞道開通,來往中環核心商業區亦更方便快捷。該座辦公室大樓主要優質租戶為金融機構、保險公司及跨國企業。
