格隆匯12月28日丨中海物業(2669.HK)續跌6.76%,報4港元創14個月新低價,4日連跌15%,暫成交6218萬港元,總市值131.47億港元。花旗日前報吿稱,中海物業未來盈利能見度下降,投資者對物業管理行業的關注度轉向新上市的物業股,將其目標價由7.5港元下調36%至4.8港元,維持“中性”評級。預計公司2019-22年盈利複合年增長率為25%,而同業平均水平在40%。此外,近日有媒體稱中海物業新增3起開庭,均系服務合同糾紛案。
