*ST九有(600462.SH)：大股東天津盛鑫所持3193萬股被司法繼續輪候凍結
格隆匯 12 月 24日丨*ST九有(600462.SH)公佈，公司此前披露了公司大股東天津盛鑫元通有限公司(“天津盛鑫”)股權被凍結約1.02億股(其中:約1.02億股已質押)，2020年8月21日凍結到期。
公司於2020年7月28日收到中國證券登記結算有限公司上海分公司出具的《股權司法凍結及司法劃轉通知》(2020司凍0728-04號)及上海市公安局奉賢分局協助凍結財產通知書【奉公(經)凍財字[2020]10078號】，繼續凍結上述股份約1.02億股(其中:約1.02億股已質押)。凍結期限從2020年7月28日起至2022年7月27日止。
公司於近日收到中國證券登記結算有限公司上海分公司出具的《股權司法凍結及司法劃轉通知》(2020司凍1224－02號)及廈門市中級人民法院協助執行通知書【(2020)閩02執990號】，輪候凍結3193萬股，凍結起始日2020年12月24日。凍結期限三年，自轉為正式凍結之日起計算。
天津盛鑫持有的公司股權約1.02億股，其中在聯儲證券有限責任公司質押了6980萬股，在長城國瑞證券有限責任公司質押了3193萬股。因與聯儲證券有限責任公司、長城國瑞證券有限責任公司涉及證券回購糾紛案件，已被聯儲證券有限責任公司、長城國瑞證券有限責任公司起訴。
截至本公告日，天津盛鑫持有公司股份約1.02億股，佔公司總股本的17.43%；累計質押股份1.0173億股，佔其所持股份總數的99.99%，佔公司總股本的17.42%；累計被凍結股份為約1.02億股，佔其所持股份總數的100%，佔公司總股本的17.43%。
天津盛鑫持有的公司股權約1.02億股此前已被杭州市公安局江乾區分局、大連市公安局高新園區分局、杭州市公安局餘杭區分局、廣東省深圳市中級人民法院和杭州市公安局西湖區分局輪候凍結。
