大悅城地產(00207.HK)近18億人幣投得中國南昌地 作綜合商務及住宅物業開發
大悅城地產(00207.HK)公布,間接全資附屬公司上海鵬利以總代價17.96億元人民幣競得地塊的土地使用權。地塊由三幅地塊組成,總地盤面積約13.64萬平方米,均位於中國江西省南昌市西湖區。
公司指,該地塊位於南昌市黃金地段,屬於南昌市城區黃金地段及交通樞紐的優越地理位置,因而其從策略角度被視為適合綜合商務及住宅物業開發。
根據南昌市自然資源局的要求,上海鵬利將於中國南昌成立一間項目公司,該項目公司將於收購事項完成後持有該地塊之權益以進行該地塊的未來開發。
